14k yellow gold melted & hammer flattened into an organic tablet shape then set with 2mm color change alexandrite + 2mm & 1.5mm diamonds. Diamonds are natural earth mined. There are 2x salt & pepper,  1x light pink & 1z white. Fixed bail.
